Access Hollywood lists the top ten most talked about women of 2007 and Britney Spears is on number 1.

Hooray!! Hooray!! to Britney!!!... Ooops... Hehe..

Who would ever disagree about the list. I also think that this Paparazzi princess is number ONE when it comes to some not that nice and the naughty things that she does within this whole year.

After shaving her hair, facing some DUI cases, losing her custody with her kids. She even stole a lighter on a grocery store. And she may even be place on jail if she refuses to show up for the next deposition she is scheduled for.

And also, according to some survey. Britney Spears is the Most Naughty Celebrity of the Year.
