Mischa Barton a 22 year old television and film actress will be charged with four separate violations. Which includes drink-driving under the influence and possession of marijuana.
Mischa Barton was arrested last December 27, 2007. The police pulled her over in West Hollywood. The L.A District Attorney will be charging Mischa Barton with driving under the influence, driving without license and possession of an ounce of marijuana.
The next court date for Mischa Barton is tomorrow February 28, 2008.
