Today, 37 year old Chinese actress Bai Ling has been charged with petty theft after her arrest because of shoplifting. It was February 13 when Bai Ling was arrested by the Los Angeles police because of shop lifting two celebrity magazine and a pack of batteries worth $16.22
At that time, Bai Ling was said to be mentally unstable because fo some relationship issues.
